OPNET SUITE is designed to manage centralized Initial Public Offerings (IPO) using different modules:

GLOBAL module for Global Coordinator:

Define the offering
Receive subscriptions from Underwriters
Perform share allocation
Send allotments back to Underwriters
Validate exchanged data
Monitor IPO's course and trends

LOCAL module for Underwriters:

Collect subscriptions from its Customers or from Selling Agents
Send subscriptions to Global Coordinator
Receive allotments from Global Coordinator
Monitor IPO's course and trends

AGENT module for Selling Agents:

Collect and monitor subscriptions from Selling Agents via File Transfer or Data Entry
